Support for those recovering from COVID-19
Are you experiencing lingering emotional or physical effects of COVID-19? The Ballad Health Center for Post-COVID Care offers virtual support groups that are led by a licensed professional counselor and mental health service provider. These groups are held every Tuesday at 12 p.m. and every Thursday at 4 p.m.
Who may participate?
Anyone who is still struggling with lingering side effects after suffering from COVID-19 can join our meetings. Side effects and symptoms include, but are not limited to:
- Brain fog
- Behavioral health issues, including PTSD, insomnia, anxiety and depression
- Chronic fatigue
- Fever
- Gastrointestinal symptoms
- Joint pain
- Impaired kidney function
- Memory loss
- Moodiness
- Heart attack-like symptoms
- Vision problems
- Weakness and poor endurance
Is there a cost to attend these meetings?
No, our COVID support group is free for everyone.
