We accept walk-ins and are open seven days a week with extended hours.

- Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
- Saturday, 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
- Sunday, 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Clinic location
Our Sullivan and Hawkins County urgent care clinic is located at the Eastman Outpatient Campus on Stone Drive. We're about 15 minutes from Church Hill and less than 20 minutes from Gate City, Virginia.

When it’s an emergency

Ballad Health emergency rooms are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for life-threatening emergencies, traumas and major medical conditions.
Symptoms such as chest pain, difficulty breathing, uncontrollable bleeding, loss of consciousness, sudden changes in vision, and coughing or vomiting blood – to name a few important ones – are signs that you need to get to an ER.
